Unpaid charges may result in your order being delayed, refused or returned to us.
RETURN TO SENDER
If an order is returned to Rinselilly due to unpaid duties or taxes, refusal of delivery, an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel, any reasonable return costs incurred may be deducted from your refund where permitted by law.
